Tin Man Games presents Gary Chalk’s Gun Dogs, a gamebook with art by the legendary illustrator Gary Chalk, famed for his work on the legendary Lone Wolf series. Co-creating Gun Dogs is Jamie Wallis of Greywood Publishing.

You have been charged with treason against the Empire and placed on death row. The Emperor offers you a choice: die a slow and humiliating death or serve as a Gun Dog, a soldier assigned impossible missions and tethered by a magical collar. The collar will choke you to death if you disobey your mission orders.

You will be sent where an army cannot go and an angel would fear to tread. You are expendable. You are a Gun Dog.

** REVIEWS **

"Packed with action, intrigue, and gore - and excellently told and illustrated by Wallis and Chalk, respectively - Gun Dogs could well be Tin Mans most accomplished gamebook to date." - POCKET GAMER - 9/10 - GOLD Award!

"In a sense it’s a familiar world for those used to Fighting Fantasy tales, but refreshingly, this is a story one hasn’t traveled along before. It remains at the same level of quality however, with the artwork proving a particular delight. Fans of the Lone Wolf books will particularly appreciate the work, given both come from the same illustrator." - 148 APPS - 4/5

"Presents a detailed and pleasingly old-school fantasy world, bought vividly to life with Gary Chalk’s excellent artwork. Fun and quick to play through, with decent replay value." - GAMEZEBO - 4/5

"The fact that Gary Chalk, the illustrator behind the original Lone Wolf books, is involved in this production is more than enough to get interested in Tin Man Games newest release. The fact that its an amazingly-written story is more than enough to keep you playing it over and over again." - DIGITALLY DOWNLOADED - 4/5

Not worth 4$
I like to support these types of games but this one is way to short and not very interesting either. Its hard to reccomend.
Very mediocre
This gamebook seems to start off well, with an interesting background and premise, but then it just kinda putters about never really going anywhere interesting. This book has some of the most generic writing Ive ever seen. The writing is never really bad, it just never manages to reach beyond mediocre. Add to that the fact that this book is quite short and has probably the most anti-climatic ending to a gamebook ever, and its pretty hard to recommend. Only buy this if its on sale and youve run out of other, better gamebooks to read instead.
Love it !
What a great way to enjoy some classic fantasy gaming. Gary chalk s illustrations are looking better than ever and are well adapted to this non paper format. Tinman games gaming engine works like a charm and it is all round a fun experience. Highly recommended !
Another Tin Man Hit
My favorite game book yet from Tin Man Games. Gun Dogs has beautiful artwork, a compelling story, and fluid gameplay that mostly avoids tedious trial-and-error progression common in older game books. Unfortunately, it was over much too quickly.
Awesome job
This is the best game book on the market. The added elements of shooting and mental skill made the game more challenging and interesting. The illustrations were awesome. It wouldnt seem to make that much difference but in this media it really does. The story itself had a good balance of the believable and the incredible making it a good read. It was short, but the achievements give it some replay. I think the next challenge For gamebooks will be to give the games more replay value. To make the story more rich and to make getting all the items more important to getting the best endings. You shouldnt need certain items to complete the whole story but to get better and different endings it would make it valuable to go back and redo the story. Nice piece and thank you Tin man.
